Spinning

Ride a stationary bicycle with varying loads and speeds, during which the heart rate ranges between 65-90% of the maximum heart rate, which leads to an accelerated burning of calories and strengthening of the buttock and leg muscles. Beyond increased calorie burning, training improves cardiopulmonary endurance and maintaining the health, fitness and aesthetics of the lower body. At the end of each workout, emphasis is also placed on strengthening the abdominal muscles and stretching.

Design

Dynamic design

A fitness class without breaks that meets a variety of goals: burning fat, toning the body, improving balance, improving the level of strength and strengthening the muscles. In training, emphasis is placed on improving cardiopulmonary endurance in combination with various fitness accessories.

HIIT

An interesting and challenging workout in which we perform exercises that activate several muscle groups together while combining work with kettlebell weights, power balls, Battle Rope and many other surprises. The training is varied and so are the results – improving strength, muscle endurance, posture, agility, flexibility and a decrease in fat percentage.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic yoga practice that manages to maintain flow and tenderness. The rhythm of the practice is defined as a combination of movement and breathing. The rhythm of movement in vinyasa is adjusted to the rhythm of breathing. The nature of the class allows an emphasis on accuracy and correct movement on the one hand, and the creation of internal warmth and work on flexibility and strength on the other hand. Vinyasa draws a lot of inspiration from the Ashtanga method and incorporates highlights from the Iyengar method. It maintains delicacy and softness of movement along with precision in body positions.

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic yoga that combines yoga poses, continuous movement and conscious and controlled breathing.
