Sign Up for the Music Room

To reserve an hour for the music room, click here / or through the TAZMAN app

The music room is open for your use Sunday-Saturday between 06:00-02:00
The room is in the student house (building 70) on the 1st floor – adjacent to the learning and academic rooms.

The use and registration of the music room will be done as follows:

Step 1: Purchase permission for the music room online
1. Register through the TAZMAN app and pay 70 shekels for an annual subscription, that is, valid for 365 days from the moment of purchase.
2. Through the application/website you can reserve hours and days when you want to be in the music room (note that there is a time limit – up to two hours a day and twice a week) -> link to register

Step 2: Code your student card

1. The card is coded through the security department, building 26, room 113, Sunday-Thursday 09:00-13:00.
2. In order to enter the music room (after you have reserved an hour), the coded card must be scanned at the entrance to the room and the door will open.

Card coding – if you have already coded your card in the past, send an email to the After coordinator ([email protected]) with your full name + ID number and what your card was previously coded for.
If you have already coded a card for the music room (or the laboratories) you do not need to go to the security department again and the coding can be done for you remotely. The request will be forwarded to the security department and will be processed within a few days.
It takes up to 7 business days to issue an authorization in the security department

Step 3: Register online for the music room

How do you reserve time in a music room through the Tazman app?
1. After you have paid and subscribed, download the tazman application to the phone.

4. Choose a day and the specific time we would like to register
5. Click on “OK” to verify that the registration has been received

If you do not arrive at the end of the registration time, it is important to cancel through the “My classes” tab to allow others the room 🙂

You can register for 2 hours a day up to 2 times a week only!

Important message! You must not register for others, or transfer the student card to others if you are not in the room. The responsibility for everything that happens in the room is the person who registered.

The music room serves a large number of students, please make sure to keep the room clean and tidy.
Since the operating hours of the room are beyond the operating hours of the Student Union, it should be taken into account response will only be given during the operating hours.
