Moving Houses – Students
In order to fill out the form, please make sure you have the following documents:
– Copy of the sales/lease contract (first, second, and last page).
– Photocopies of ID cards of the 2 parties.
– Current meter reading for the day of the transfer of the property.
Changing Water Account Holders – in a few simple steps!
1. Enter the application submission form on the Mi Sheva website / MAST! application.
2. Fill out a digital form – “Request to switch consumers”.
3. Fill in the meter reading on the form as of the date of the transfer of the property.
4. Attach a signed sales/rental contract and photographs of the property.
5. The outgoing tenant should pay off the balance of the payment until the balance that appears on the form.
6. Fill out a digital form to update the number of people in the property.
Make sure that the form includes a current meter reading for the day of the transfer of the property in accordance with the instructions for filling out the form!
Changing the name of the holders of the water account will prevent unpleasantness in the future between lessor and lessee / between seller and buyer.
