Here are some things you should know!
Absence from an exam due to reserves service, as well as absence from an exam due to reserve service of a spouse, allows eligibility for an exam at an additional date for each missed date.
If you are called for one reserve day, not for the purpose of updating personal details or a routine interview, but for an operational purpose that cannot be postponed, please present a certificate stating:
1. Exact hours of arrival
2. Confirmation by the authorized party that the appearance cannot be postponed to another day.
3. Confirmation from a liaison officer or online about the reserve service (form 3010).
– Eligibility for a third exam term requires service of 10 consecutive reserve days during the semester or 21 cumulative reserve days during the semester, or 10 cumulative reserve days during the exam period, entitles you to a third term in all courses taken that semester. It is important to remember that you must go to one of the dates first, that is – there are a total of two dates to choose from.
– In addition, according to the following conditions, service qualifies for a special date for each failed test that is failed in the specified period after returning from the reserves:
– Service of 2-3 days during the exam period allows not to take the exam 24 hours after returning from the reserve.
– Service of 4-6 days during the exam period allows not to take the exam 48 hours after returning from the reserve
– Service of 7-9 days during the exam period allows not to take the exam 72 hours after returning from the reserve
– How do you get eligible for the third exam term? If there is eligibility according to the reserves regulations – Contact the reserves office and send the 3010 form, which will be forwarded to the department’s secretariat. After that, you should contact the department’s secretariat to submit an application for the third exam term.
