Magen Club – HaZionut HaDadit

Who we are? Ta Magen is a voluntary student organization that operates in the spirit of the values of the Israel Beitenu party. We strive to spread the values of the Yisrael Beitenu party by doing things on campus and beyond.

What is our purpose? We are working to unite the supporters of the Israel Beitenu party and initiate activities for the benefit of our supporters and for the benefit of the entire student body. We aim to create a violation framework for cell members where we can discuss and expand our knowledge about political, economic, security and social issues. We also initiate activities outside the campus where we expose students to the party’s activities, meet its local members of the Knesset and public representatives and mobilize for the benefit of the residents of the neighborhoods near the university.

Scope of our activity: We work for what we believe in. The cell organizes political events within the campus and as well as taking part in the party’s events, is a full partner in the activities of the party’s youth as a whole and functions as the official representative body of the party’s supporters at Ben-Gurion University vis-à-vis the party. For this reason, the cell receives a subsidy and full support from the Yisrael Beitenu party in all its activities. At the same time, we leave room for the initiatives of the cell members, and believe that change comes with action and that action is the key to the development of the cell members.

Why join us?
– Because in order for the change to happen, we have to bring it.
– Because you get the most when you give.
– because the club is a key framework for the future.

You are welcome to join our Facebook page, where our activities are documented!
To join, contact the chairperson of the cell on campus, Ravital Katznelson – 0547745762.
No knowledge or experience is needed, all that is needed is the desire to change!

Hadash Club Student Be’er Sheva

Who we are? Hadash Students is the student club of the Democratic Front for Peace and Equality (Hadash) and the Communist Party (MKI), which operates among students in academic institutions.
Hadash Students is an organizationally independent cell, which chooses its own representatives and institutions, and determines the work plan in the academic institutions according to the conditions on each campus.
We in Hadash students are fighting for several causes:
1. end of the occupation and for a just and comprehensive peace based on Israel’s withdrawal to the lines of June 4, 1967 and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state alongside the State of Israel and its capital East Jerusalem and ensuring a just solution to the issue of Palestinian refugees according to UN resolutions.
2. protect the democratic space and freedom of expression, which are threatened by fascist forces that try to silence every voice that opposes the occupation and the growing fascism. Hadash Students fight for full equality for the Arab population in general and the Arab students in particular at the top of the list of priorities, and this against the background of ongoing discrimination and its severe consequences for the Arab students.
3. remove the obstacles that exist before the Arab students and demand that the management of the academic institutions take an active part in eradicating all the phenomena of discrimination and the racism against the Arab students.
4. advance the status of women, to put an end to violence against women and to remove all the social and economic obstacles facing women. We believe and believe in full equality between women and men, in the inclusion of women in decision-making centers, and in encouraging them to take an active part in leading society in general and our movement In particular, we are also fighting for an enlightened and progressive society that rejects all negative phenomena, especially violence, discrimination and exploitation.
5.  demand for free education in higher education as well: free education from daycare to university.
6. fighting for the rights of the workers in institutions of higher education and especially the fight for the rights of the cleaning workers against the contractor companies and we have recorded many achievements in this field.

We at Hadash Students believe that an Arab-Jewish partnership is a necessary cornerstone for any just struggle. A just and fair struggle can only succeed through cooperation between the democratic and progressive forces of both nations.
