About The Student Union of Ben-Gurion University in the Negev

The Student Union is the representative body of the students on campus. We are your contact on any academic matter with the university and are responsible for the promotion and development of student life in Be’er Sheva.
The Union at the Ben-Gurion campus has been working for many years for the well-being of students and is a focal point for cultural, social and academic activities. The Union’s website, Facebook, and Instagram pages will help you in your entry into student life: on the website you can find articles and updates about everything happening on campus, the activities of the various departments in the Union, summaries and tests, a job board for the Union, purchasing tickets for events and more. On our Facebook you can connect to all the hottest updates, including important announcements about changes in study schedules, events and so on, and on Instagram you can watch in real time the events you wanted to be in but couldn’t.

The Student Union is here first and foremost because of you and for you. We are here to solve for you any problem that may arise during your degree, and of course to enrich your student life during your stay at the university in particular and in time and in Be’er Sheva in general.

Become a Union Member

In order to become a Union member, you must pay the welfare fees to the university, which include the Union membership fees. If you did not request to cancel the welfare fees when you paid the tuition fees, the welfare fees were paid automatically and you are entitled to be considered a student member of the Union.
