Rope walking- or in modern words- "Slackline," started in California in the 80s and comes from the world of climbing. Slackline is walking on an inch-long cloth strap, incorporating physical training of the core muscles and posture, balance and deep mental concentration. The industry has gained momentum in the last decade, and is growing rapidly.
The workshop will be given by Eleanor Cohen – a certified and experienced freelance instructor. The workshop is limited to 20 participants and is suitable for all levels!
