During the first few weeks of school, Rav-Kav, Beer Sheva’s municipality and Social Security representatives will arrive to campus to help you get rid of all bureaucracy.

Rav Kav

Dan Beer Sheva will arrive on campus to renew students' profiles and charge your Rav Kav.

Arnona

People who deserve the 50% discount are unemployed students, or working students whose monthly income is no higher than 3,263 NIS bruto.

Lawyer

The Student Union's Lawyer will be present at the Student Center this month to help students get their unemployment declaration signed.

How to schedule an appointment:

It's easy! Simply log in by clicking the orange "Log In" button. Then, scroll down to the Calendar and choose an available day! Click on a time slot that works for you, you'll see if it's available if it's marked in orange. Put your phone number down and you're all set!

Rav Kav (Public transportation pass)

At the Student Center, Room 238: October 29th – November 2nd between 09:00-16:00

Services: Update/Renewal of Students' profiles + Charge Rav Kav passes

What do you need to bring with you?

1. Student ID / A university acceptance form for the current year

2. Passport (with a student visa/permit) + a university acceptance form for the current year

Please note:

– Renewing your student profile may be done on the Rav Kav App

– In case you do not want to stand online you may go to the guidance booth and learn about the App on the spot

– There is no need to set an appointment ahead of time

Lawyer

At the Student Center, Room 238: November 2nd – 14th between 8:30-16:00

At the Faculty of Health Sciences, Caroline House, ASRAN's secretary office: November 26th – 27th between 8:30-16:00

Services: Sign an affidavit

What do you need to bring with you the meeting?

1. An ID card / Passport (with a student visa/permit)/ Driving license (Not a student ID)

2. A filled affidavit

Please note:

– You must schedule an appointment ahead of time, starting November 1st

– You must arrive with a filled out affidavit which can be downloaded right here

Arnona

At the Student Center, Room 237: November 5th – 30th between 8:20-15:20

At the Faculty of Health Sciences, Caroline House, ASRAN's secretary office: December 3rd-4th between 8:20-15:20

What do you need to bring with you to the meeting?

1. If you are an undergrad and unmarried, fill out THIS request form: Property Tax Discount- Student

    If you are a married or postgraduate student, fill out THIS request form: Property Tax Discount- Parents

2. A signed copy of the lease for at least 12 months. If the lease was signed by a power of attorney somebody else, supply a copy of the ID and a document proving the power of attorney. If several leases were signed for the apartment (one for each tenant), you must present them all.

3. A copy of the property owner's ID. If not these – a copy of the passport or driver's license. If the property is owned by a company, you must present a confirmation of the company, a signature as well as the ID of the person signing this confirmation.

4. A copy of the IDs / Passport (with a student visa/permit) of the requesting students.

5. A valid University acceptance form of the requesting students.

6. A copy of the school schedule or course registration of the requesting students.

7. Working? The last 3 pay slips.

    Not Working? An affidavit signed by a lawyer which you can download here.

Please note:

– You must schedule an appointment ahead of time, starting November 1st

– You must schedule an appointment with the lawyer before the meeting with the municipality's representatives

– At the Faculty of Health Sciences, you will only be able to deliver the forms and the discount will not be applied on the spot.

– International students who do not carry an ID, must bring a passport with a student visa\permit.

Still confused?

During November 5th-9th between 10:00-14:00 an information booth will be open in the Student Center’s lobby to help you fill out forms, answer your questions and inform you of your rights.
